Save Vulnerable (SV) is a non-governmental and not profit organization (NGO) established and incorporated on May 24, 2017. SV, prior to its registration and incorporation as an NGO has committed its activities to work with marginalized and vulnerable people including women, children and pregnant girls who dropped out of school; youth and substance abusers on school campuses, through collaborations with related organizations, communities, and institutions; as developed in its vision and mission to protect them from dependency to drugs and other anti-developmental activities, sexual exploitation and gender-based violence; ensure their economic empowerment, rehabilitation, and participation in normal activities in communities including education and leadership activities, through awareness and advocacy; the establishment of group and support group counseling, the provision of technical and psychosocial support; building capacities and offering assistance to become resourceful.
The overall goal of SV is to create awareness, advocate and provide basic psychosocial awareness for the marginalized and vulnerable populations in communities including women, children, and pregnant girls who dropped out of school; youth, and substance abusers on school campuses and make them participate in regular community life. Save Vulnerable has focused all its work on pregnant women in the ghetto, all advocacy has been drowned on the health care of women who are on substance and children in the ghetto.
